Stem Cell Hair Restoration
We understand how distressing hair loss and thinning can be, and how much it can affect the way you feel about your hair and your confidence.
If you’ve started to notice your hair becoming thinner, your parting looking wider or areas that simply don’t feel as full as they once did, our Hair Restoration treatment offers a natural, non-surgical approach to supporting healthier hair growth.
Rather than replacing hair or relying on more invasive procedures, our approach is focused on working with your own regenerative processes, creating the right environment within the scalp to support the follicles and encourage healthier, stronger hair growth.
We combine microneedling, specialist exosome technology and LED light therapy in one advanced treatment, with each technology working in a different way to support the scalp, cellular activity and the natural hair-growth cycle.
It’s an ideal option if you’re looking to take a proactive approach to thinning hair or reduced density, without surgery, hair transplantation or significant downtime.
The Science
Hair growth is influenced by the health of the follicle and the cellular environment surrounding it. Microneedling creates controlled microchannels within the scalp, triggering your body’s natural wound-healing response and stimulating growth factors and signalling pathways involved in follicle activity, tissue regeneration and the hair-growth cycle.
Research into microneedling for hair loss has shown promising improvements in hair growth, density and thickness, particularly in androgenetic or pattern hair loss.
We enhance this response with a specialist exosome serum selected specifically for scalp and follicle support. Exosomes are tiny cellular messengers that carry proteins, growth factors and signalling molecules between cells, supporting the communication involved in healthy follicle activity. The microchannels created through microneedling also allow us to deliver our specialist serum directly into the areas we want to target.
Finally, LED photobiomodulation uses specific wavelengths of therapeutic light to support mitochondrial activity, cellular energy and repair.
Together, these three technologies provide a multi-targeted regenerative approach that works with your body's own natural processes to support healthier hair growth.

✓ Helps create a healthier scalp environment for hair growth
✓ Natural, non-surgical approach to hair restoration
✓ Suitable for both men and women experiencing hair thinning
✓ Minimal downtime
Your Treatment Plan
Hair loss is personal, so we’ll begin by looking at your scalp, your pattern of hair thinning and what you would like to achieve, alongside any factors that may be contributing to changes in your hair. If we feel further medical investigation would be beneficial, we’ll always advise you before beginning treatment.
During each session, precision microneedling is performed across the areas of thinning, followed by the application of our specialist exosome serum. Your treatment is then completed with LED light therapy, to further support cellular activity and regeneration.
Because hair grows in cycles, results take time. We recommend an initial course of treatments four weeks apart to build on the regenerative response created with each session, followed by a progress review and maintenance treatments where appropriate.

FAQs
-
Hair growth takes time, so Hair Restoration is designed as a course rather than a one-off treatment. We recommend an initial course of [X] treatments, followed by a review of your progress.
Depending on the extent of your hair thinning, your individual response and what you would like to achieve, an additional course of treatments may be recommended to continue building on your results. Once we are happy with your progress, maintenance treatments can then help to support and maintain your results long term.
-
Hair grows slowly and works through different growth cycles, so results are gradual. You may begin to notice early changes within the first few months, with more visible improvements in density and hair quality developing over approximately 3–6 months.
Everyone responds differently, and results will depend on factors such as the cause and extent of your hair loss and the health of your follicles.
-
Downtime is minimal. Your scalp may look red or feel slightly warm, tight or sensitive for around 24–48 hours following treatment. Mild pinpoint bleeding can occur during microneedling but settles quickly.
Most clients can return to their normal day straight afterwards, although we recommend keeping the scalp clean and avoiding anything that could cause excessive heat, sweating or irritation while it recovers.
-
Many clients notice an immediate plumping and glowing effect, but optimal results typically appear after a course of 6–10 treatments, spaced over several weeks. Results are cumulative improving gradually as collagen and elastin are stimulated.
-
We recommend arriving with freshly washed, clean hair and scalp on the day of your appointment.
Following treatment, avoid washing your hair for at least 24 hours, allowing the scalp time to settle and the specialist serum to remain undisturbed. When you do wash your hair, use lukewarm water and a gentle shampoo and avoid vigorous rubbing or scratching of the scalp.
-
We recommend having any hair colouring carried out before your treatment rather than immediately afterwards.
After Hair Restoration, your scalp needs time to fully recover before being exposed to hair dye, bleach or other chemical treatments. We recommend leaving at least 5–7 days after treatment before colouring your hair, and longer if your scalp still feels sensitive.
-
Please arrive with clean, freshly washed hair and no styling products, oils, dry shampoo or fibres on the scalp.
Avoid anything that may irritate the scalp immediately before your appointment, including hair colouring, bleaching or harsh scalp treatments.
Please make us aware of any medical conditions, allergies, medications or supplements you are taking before your treatment so we can ensure it is appropriate for you.
-
For the first 24–48 hours, treat your scalp gently. Avoid intense exercise and excessive sweating, saunas, steam rooms, swimming and direct sun exposure, and don't apply hair oils, styling products, dry shampoo or other unnecessary products directly to the treated scalp.
Avoid scratching, picking or rubbing the area and always follow the personalised aftercare given to you following your appointment.
-
Possibly, but this will depend on your individual circumstances.
Certain medical conditions and medications can affect whether microneedling is suitable, particularly blood-thinning medication, bleeding or clotting disorders, immune-suppressing medication, poorly controlled medical conditions, active infections and certain autoimmune or skin conditions.
Please tell us about all medications, supplements and medical conditions during your consultation. In some circumstances we may ask for confirmation from your GP or specialist before proceeding.
Never stop prescribed medication in preparation for treatment unless your prescribing healthcare professional has advised you to do so.
-
No. As a precaution, we do not perform Hair Restoration during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
There is insufficient safety data for cosmetic microneedling and the regenerative products used within the treatment during this time, so we recommend waiting until you have finished breastfeeding before beginning your course.
-
Not necessarily. There are many different causes of hair loss, and understanding why your hair is thinning is an important part of deciding whether this treatment is right for you.
Hair Restoration may be particularly suitable for certain forms of thinning and pattern hair loss where viable follicles remain. If your pattern of hair loss suggests an underlying medical, hormonal, nutritional or scalp condition that requires further investigation, we may recommend speaking with your GP, dermatologist or other healthcare professional before beginning treatment.
-
You may feel a light prickling or scratching sensation as we work across the scalp, and some areas can feel more sensitive than others. Treatment settings are tailored to you and your scalp, and most clients tolerate the procedure well.
-
Potentially however its important to remember that they are very different treatments. A hair transplant physically relocates existing follicles, whereas our Hair Restoration treatment supports the activity and environment of your existing hair follicles using your body's own regenerative processes.
For clients with thinning hair and viable follicles who would prefer a natural, non-surgical approach, Hair Restoration is a great option before considering more invasive procedures. However, it cannot recreate follicles that are no longer viable, which is why suitability is always assessed individually.
