Step One

Your experience begins with a detailed Skin Health Consultation, incorporating our OBSERV 520x Advanced Skin Analysis. This diagnostic imaging system enables us to assess your skin’s texture, colour, secretions, and underlying irregularities that cannot be seen with the naked eye. The insights gathered from this analysis form the foundation of your subsequent treatment and customized treatment plan.

The next stage is your 60-minute customised skin treatment, carefully designed to target the specific needs and concerns identified during your consultation and skin assessment. Regular skin treatments will help to maintain long term skin health and age prevention. At ME we reward you for your consistency with our 'Skin Loyalty Programme'. Providing you come in every 4 weeks for your skin treatments we will stamp your Skin Loyalty Card and on the 6th and 12th month you will receive a FREE treatment..

 FAQs

  • Yes, we prefer you to arrive with a clean face, free from makeup and SPF. This ensures there are no barriers for our OBSERV skin scanner to provide accurate results. If you're unable to remove your makeup beforehand, we can do it for you on the day — but please note that removing heavy makeup may reduce your actual consultation time.

  • Yes! The OBSERV scanner is safe and effective for all Fitzpatrick skin types.

  • You're welcome to bring your products or simply take clear photos of them. This helps us assess your current routine and identify any potentially problematic ingredients.

  • Not at all — our treatments are completely pain-free.

  • No downtime is expected. Our treatments are non-invasive and non-ablative. At most, you may experience a light rosy glow due to increased blood flow, which usually fades quickly.

  • Breakouts are very rare. However, if you have an underlying breakout brewing, the treatment may bring it to the surface slightly faster — but it’s usually less inflamed and heals more quickly.

  • Yes, applying makeup after the treatment is fine and won’t interfere with the results. That said, we recommend letting your skin breathe for the rest of the day, if possible.

  • Yes, but timing is important. If you've recently had Botox or fillers, please wait at least two weeks before your treatment. This allows your injectables to settle properly and ensures we don’t disrupt them when working on deeper skin layers.

  • In most cases, yes. However, certain medications — especially those that increase light sensitivity (like antibiotics or Accutane) — may limit parts of the treatment. Don't worry, we’ll tailor your session to be completely safe. Just make sure to list all medications on your consultation form so your therapist can adjust accordingly.

  • Generally, yes. Some health conditions may limit the use of specific technologies, but we can adapt the treatment to ensure it's both safe and effective for you.

  • Yes! We offer pregnancy-safe treatments that use modalities suitable during pregnancy. Just let your therapist know, and we’ll tailor the session for you.

  • Yes, breastfeeding does not typically interfere with our treatments. However, hormonal changes during breastfeeding can make your skin slightly more sensitive, and we’ll take that into account.
